Departmental Honors

Departmental honors will be awarded upon graduation to students majoring in economics who have:

• earned a 3.50 grade point average in all economics courses attempted at this university;
• completed at least half of all work in economics at this university;
• been recommended for departmental honors by the economics faculty.

Students graduating with departmental honors are eligible to wear honor cords during commencement.
